Ahead of Schedule, All 73 Jacket Foundations for Hai Long Offshore Wind Farm

Following the installation of 219 pin piles in June 2025, this marks the full completion of our more than 1GW foundation scope for the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project — the largest and most complex offshore wind project ever executed in Taiwan.
Powered by our DP3 heavy-lift vessel Green Jade, and navigating the challenging Taiwan Strait conditions, our team delivered the jacket installation work with precision, safety, and resilience.
Our Chairman Robert Tseng, shared: "This is more than a milestone – it proves Taiwan’s maritime engineering sector has the strength, talent, and innovation to lead."
With the successful completion of this phase, CDWE has now contributed to nearly 1.5GW of offshore wind installations in the Taiwan Strait, further demonstrating Taiwan’s growing capabilities in offshore construction and marine engineering.
A huge thanks to the Client Hai Long Project team, our CDWE and Green Jade team members, and all partners and suppliers who made this possible. We’re proud to share this milestone, and at the same time, strengthening Taiwan’s offshore engineering capabilities and accelerating the clean energy transition.
