In 2019, CDWE started with a team of just 10.
In 2024, we celebrated an incredible year with 300 colleagues — our largest team yet!

Last week, we held an inspiring year-end event at CDWE’s headquarters in Taipei. The day was filled with reflection, collaboration, and warm gatherings.

At CDWE, we recognize and value the dedication and hard work that make all this possible. Our management team engaged openly with employees, sharing insights into the company’s future and vision, and exchanging ideas to shape our path forward.

Creativity and teamwork were on full display during a collaborative activity where teams drew images and assembled them into a giant puzzle — a fun reminder of the power of synergy! 

As we look ahead to 2025, we are more united, inspired, and ready to continue driving the future of offshore wind engineering solutions!
